You don’t need to worry about all the calories you’re consuming because on a romantic getaway in Gatlinburg you’re sure to burn them all off – and then some!  There are so many activities that you can take part in.  Why not try something new that you can both experience as beginners together – such as rafting?  You can relax on some of the calmer waters, or get caught up in the exhilaration of white water (with a guide of course) rafting and create memories that neither of you will forget!  If you prefer your activities out of the water, you can bicycle along the bike trails, fish, play golf or just walk at a gentle pace enjoy the company you’re with.   Ober Gatlinburg is the place for skiers in the winter as it’s the only resort for ski-ing in Tennessee – but for a little extra summer fun, take the Alpine Tram up to Ober Gatlinburg’s Amusement Park then come back down on the alpine slide (but don’t forget to visit the Black Bear Habitat) first!
